We are moving our site this year away from Actinic, the current host. This means a redesign and we plan on moving it to Bigcommerce. I thought it might be a good idea to get feedback from you, our loyal customers, in regards to navigation, menus, features, etc. There will be limits to what I may implement but I can keep in mind suggestions and see how far I can include them in the new design. So, bearing in mind practicalities, what advise can you offer me in how a new site would be improved.
For those that have never heard of Bigcommerce, we use that host for Prince August for about 5 years. We will use a new template for Mithril to make it look different and it will be a stand along website, not a sub-site or category of PA, so don't worry about that.
See what you think would look good for Mithril. Google Bigcommerce Templates. For some reason I cannot seem to link to it.

Thanks for asking Michael.
I can tell that improvments already made since 2010 are very usefull and well aprreciated. I will think about your request and try to put some constructive ideas, hopefully useful for everyone.

When I first began (re)collecting the Mithril line a year ago the main site was my first destination, of course. I found it easy to navigate. What I appreciated was each series had it's own "section" to click on to see what was available since I was almost exclusively interested in just the M & MS-series figures. What would be nice is if I didn't have to click though so many tabs. Having more figures on one page would have helped. Can't remember how many times I re-clicked an MS year tab that I had already been on as I was looking through to find which figures I still needed to get. As a collector, though, I would like if even "sold-out" figures where still listed. That spurs those like myself to try to "catch them all" so to speak. I know we have Mithril Faerylands and the excellent database there but the main selling site should have a list as well with large pictures to show off Chris's stunning work.
Just my initial thinking. If I think of anything else I'll post those thoughts as well.
