Chris has submitted the list this month and I did check to make sure no one was left out without a reason. There are two ideas not included. One was the pikeman, because as already pointed out, it won early this year and the other are the animals, and that is due to the plural nature of it in a single month.
This is a blind vote so the poll will hide its status until you complete your selection. You have until the start of next Friday to take part. Don't put it off.

here he/it is.....
Warg Captain in the 'Wilds of Hollin'A large wolf/Warg with head thrown back and howling just before launching itself upon the Fellowship who are huddling under the shelter of a knot of old trees on the summit of the hill. ...At a gap in the circle a great dark wolf-shape could be seen halted, gazing at them. A shuddering howl broke from him, as if he were a captain summoning his pack to the assault..... The Fellowship of the Ring - A Journey in the DarkThe Warg would have both front legs on a boulder to give the impression of looking up the hill towards the Fellowship. I will aim to produce a sketch

Half-Orc of Isengard climbing a ladder, holding in his left hand his shield over his head for protection. He is wearing chain mail and a helmet. His sword is still in the sheath. There is single handed axe on a rope, hanging off his right wrist.

Merry Blowing the Silver Horn of Rohan "Sam, you can make a dash for Cotton's farm if you like. He's the chief person round here, and the sturdiest. Come on! I am going to blow the horn of Rohan, and give them all some music they have never heard before." Merry dressed in Rohirrim garb and helmet set to blow the horn with his right hand on the hilt of his sheathed sword. I think it would be nice for Mithril to produce a set of figures for the Battle of Bywater- Hobbits, thugs, Saruman and Wormtongue... to start closing the loop on LotR... then Mithril should continue creating sculpts to fill in any gaps where needed. IMO

There is single handed axe on a rope, hanging off his right wrist. This would work better if there were 2 half orcs climbing the ladder. That way you can interchange them when you buy two of these sculpts. Just one figure seems to me to diminish the point of a scaling ladder. But then you would have to suggest it for a multi figure month. Remember Chris Tubbs is not getting any younger and after 30+ years of producing these magnificent sculpts, well..... long live Chris Tubbs!

Master Aragorn, two is always better than one, but if there is one, there will be more! (I'm at it also... ) As long as CT doesn't become blind, I'm sure he can go on sculpting figures for the next 20 years! It's called MZ for sculpted with Zbrush...

hsf62- I'm thinking it would be a 20-25 foot high wall they would be scaling, so the ladder would have to be at least 2 inches high. What would be really interesting is to have a third half orc holding the bottom of the ladder while the other 2 are climbing it giving it stand alone support. That way CT would not have to build a wall to support the ladder and a diorama builder would be able to use their own build for the wall. Even a fourth orc lying dead on the ground with an arrow in his throat...That would make a great vignette. I could definitely vote on that next vignette sculpt if it happens...

It may happen as an MX one day, but sadly I don't see it ever happening as a Fellowship figure / vignette. Then again, the wonderful Beregond at the Black Gate vignette was also unexpected, so who knows? Never say never etc.....

Hobbit in Bathtub
Suggestion is a jolly looking Hobbit sitting in a Hobbit-sized Bathtub (wooden or metal) with some foam on the water surface, his arms raised, maybe a long handle back brush in one hand & soap in the other. On the base a bath-mat or towel.
Chould be a funny addition to any collection or Hobbit home diorama The Lord of the Rings The Fellowship of the Ring Chapter V A Conspiracy unmasked "A bath!" cried Pippin. „Oh blessed Meriadoc!“ "Which order shall we go in?“ said Frodo. "Eldest first, or quickest first?" You’ll be last either way, Master Peregrin." "Trust me to arrange things better than that!" said Merry. "We can't begin life at Crickhollow with a quarrel over baths. In that room there are three tubs, and a copper full of boiling water. There are also towels, mats and soap, Get inside, and be quick!" ... Snatches of competing songs came from the bathroom mixed with the sound of splashing and wallowing. The voice of Pippin was suddenly lifted up above the others in one of Bilbo's favourite bath-songs. Sing hey! for the bath at close of day that washes the weary mud away! A loon is he that will not sing: O! Water Hot is a noble thing!
O! Sweet is the sound of falling rain, and the brook that leaps from hill to plain; but better than rain or rippling streams is Water Hot that smokes and steams.
O! Water cold we may pour at need down a thirsty throat and be glad indeed; but better is Beer if drink we lack, and Water Hot poured down the back.
O! Water is fair that leaps on high in a fountain white beneath the sky; but never did fountain sound so sweet as splashing Hot Water with my feet! There was a terrific splash, and a shout of Whoa! from Frodo. It appeared that a lot of Pippin’s bath had imitated a fountain and leaped on high. Attachments:

Another one I've suggested before but am not deterred from suggesting again (with, hopefully, more success....)
TWO-HEADED TROLL
This figure is based on a passing remark by the narrator of "The Hobbit", when, describing the rough manners of the trolls who captured Thorin & Co, he says that "Yes, I am afraid trolls do behave like that, even those with only one head each." So, number of heads not actually stated, but clearly more than one, and two-headed trolls abound in Scandinavian mythology and folklore (they're actually more common than the one-headed variety), so it's safe to assume that two-headed trolls were what Tolkien had in mind.
Chris could have great fun with this character. One idea would be to have one arm and head eating a horse-leg and the other wielding a club. Or whatever other combination takes his fancy.

Reminds me of a very bad taste joke, but not on this forum...…… It would be a very unusual figure and welcome addition.

Gondorian infantry man wounded
The Battle of the Pelennor Fields is just over and the Haradrim are running away. His right flank is pierced by a spear he brokes at the middle. His helmet in hand and his sword is nowhere to be seen

Nice suggestion, but it's a single-figure month, Master Sergio! One dwarf plus one goat = two figures.
[Ah, just noticed that you've picked up on this anomaly and revised your suggestion to an Angmar berserker - another nice concept.]

Beorn's animals
I retry to suggest for this month a rather unusual miniature: Beorn's animals (but which could also be associated with Radagast or even Tom Bombadil). I propose a deer with a squirrel on his back, a little bird on his head and a rabbit at his feet.
Nothing heroic or historical (no reference to a character named in a book) but a subject that seems to me perfectly in the spirit of Tolkien.

If Master Sergio doesn’t mind, I would like to resuggest his
Cardolan Ragger (Pikeman)
This was his text: The Raggers (D."Ragh Creann-Sleagh" or "Raging Pikes") were a traditional class of professional Soldiers in Eriador, especially Cardolan. They were for the most part descendants of Númenórean colonists or warriors who took indigenious women and passed their craft and profession on to their sons and grandsons. The Raggers were considered Tergil or "lesser Dúnedain" and were renowned Fighters, especially Pikemen.

Beorn's animals not considered as a single ? However, it was accepted at its first submission last year. There is indeed only one subject: the deer. The other animals (rabbit, bird, squirrel) are only what could be considered as equipment given their small size. Too bad....
