Thank you for these latest suggestions. I have included as many as possible and have stretched the "one" figure rule to include mounted pieces and some double- figures. I have selected both suggestions for Narvi, the stone-carving vignette and the Narvi-Celebrimbor combination, as they would both make excellent subjects. I have left out the Vorondil suggestion entirely as I think it would make such a good vignette and not work as well as a single figure. I hope that this will be re-submitted in January. I also left out the Sagathic horseman several of which are due for release in the Armies of Mordor M series in 2006. Luthien Tinuviel, unfortunately, cannot be made due to copyright reasons. Finally in reply to an enquiry on the board, it is the case that even if suggestions do not make it for the Fellowship vote, I do find many of the ideas quite an inspiration and might well use some of them in later M releases. A case in point is Gandalf and Thrain, which was suggested a couple of months ago and which I would like to include in a future Dol-Guldur release. by Chris Tubb.
I think all our fans will be satisfied at the list of 23 options to vote for. Remember one vote per member. You can add your personal comment why you voted for that option as well. Voting ends December 5th (Monday) The two most popular will be made. If there is a draw then Chris has the deciding vote. Also if you see two choices you like, you can always suggest one next month again for the next round. So choose wisely as Gandalf might say.
If you want to ask questions or make unrelated comments then DO NOT add it to this topic. Use the 'questions' thread. Have fun.

So many great suggestions! I had to go with Eorl and Felarof. Mounted figures are my favorite, and it will never be made as a regular release. (Never may too strong a word, but...)

Dang, so many choices. I went with the mounted Theodred in war gear because the mounted figures are great, I love Rohan guys, and Theodred has never been done before.

Wow, hey Chris! Thanks for selecting both of my suggestions for the list. But I think there´s a misunderstanding: I supposed Narvi and Celebrimbor to be single figurines! They should be made like - for example - the M 261 A + B or M 394 A + B. So they could stand each for itself or sticked together in company in a little frozen moment. Sorry, that I didn´t explain it clear enough . . . So what?

I'm a sucker for a good hobbit, and I'm a huge fan of Merry, don't mind a bit of music and am partial to ponies as well - but dang, it's still a hard choice - so, so many good suggestions, and so many new good ones each month!

After Shadowfax ( unfortunately no votes) King of the dead has to be the prime choice!

I would love to see Cirdan finaly made. He's been in the running now for a few months. A second choice is the Elven standard bearer. I don't think there has been one before, at least not on foot.

Elrond has been made twice, as standard bearer... indeed it is Elrond, but the figurine is in armor and standard bearer as herald of Gil-Galad during Last Alliance

If I had had a second vote, I think I'd have to vote for Bilbo Barrelrider. A good suggestion and not a lot of metal required.

Well only three days to go, bilbo barrel rider as collectors are now calling him only needs 2 more votes to come to life. Those that still have to vote have the power, will bilbo escape the elven king or will he have to wait for another chance.
We will have to wait and see............................

>and have stretched the "one" figure rule to include mounted pieces
Perhaps a swap between real "singles", doubles (two interacting or a mounted figure) and vignettes (everything above) every three month would do the trick?
The open question is wether Bombur (without attenders) still counts as a double figure or already has to be considered a vignette :-)
