I remember only one female vampire in mithril range and it is M324 as Theobald said... But Thuringwethil is a named vampire who appears in Tolkien texts if I remember well (Silm, or UT1 I don't remember) It is during the Beren & Luthien Saga, when they both steal the skins of sauron as a werewolf, and thuringwethil as a vampire... to go to Angband unnoticed. Using this name, if it comes from Silm or UT may not be possible as it is not covered by the Tolkien Entreprise Licence, but exists in Tolkien "other works"....

Running vaguely in here...
I'd also go for a Lady Galadriel...but a Lady Galadriel mounted, as a companion to the old Celeborn Mounted figure. Galadriel, posed high in the saddle looking off into the distance.
Perhaps she is leading her troops to battle. Perhaps she is looking off into the sad distance. Or perhaps she is riding to the Grey Havens with the last of the ringbearers.
(I didn't much care for the Galadriel in plate armour from the Battle of Mirkwood. It's a lovely pose and a nice figure. I just don't like plate armour.)

"Gollum´s triumph"
We'd like to suggest Gollum with the One Ring at the Mt. Doom. We think this could make a very nice single figure - there are very few Gollum-figures and figures that show the Ring itself.
Gollum dancing wildly and cheering "My precious!!!" holding the Ring (and Frodos finger) high in the air.

Since noone seems to have officially suggested him this month: Lossoth Hunter.
Barliman, should Sharkey win he's yours.
