Well, The second round vote starts at last. Sorry about the delay, but I was on holidays. Hmmm, Lossoth Hunter seems to have won the last round so it may be destined to succeed, but with strong support for Girion, it could be a close call. I also added the Shield-maiden, as it was third in the last vote.
Good luck to all entries and may the best idea win. The vote ends on the 10th of May at 16.00 GMT.

Vote Girion, Lord of Dale. I would love to see Lossie, but would much prefer to see him as a vignette or double figure set. Girion is a named character and would I hope fill a further gap in the Hobbit history, so Go Girion, Go!!

I am still voting for the Shieldmaiden, because it strikes me as an interesting figure Gavin

Really a toss-up between Girion and the hunter. I want them both.

Well, I voted for the Lossoth Hunter (surprise)! I think Girion (fore-father of Bard) is a worthy idea, but we already have several "M" figures of this type--a Master of Laketown, two Bards of Laketown (Esgaroth), and several generic figures (guardsmen, adventurers, and longboat crew) from the area. It would be nice to see something different for a change, a northern-type man that has never been produced before by Chris.
I hope those who haven't voted yet will consider the Lossoth Hunter because he is unique!

I hope that it will , at least, be a lossoth of some signification. something like the Lossoth leader, who has been given the ring of Barahir by Arvedui. Though I like the idea of Lossoth... having a single "common" lossoth, (which also means a single pose) for an MS figurine is too bad... There would be a need to have several lossoth, in several positions... so that either diorama builders and wargamers (who knows, why not making a lossoth army...) would be satisfied. As for the collectors, being one myself, I have always considered MS figurines to be "special" figurines, not fitting in any "range" thus not being common but unique piece. (which would at the same time, justify the price.... which is something like 4 times the price of a "regular/common" figurine A lossoth hunter, though I really love the idea, is not fitting in this "schema", and well, that's the same for all "common" figurines I suppose. That should explain my suggestions/votes in the past, present and future

Well, let's consider this Lossoth Hunter as a MERP-adventurer type figure for the time being, one to go with the Female Ranger, and as a concept that can be revisited later. Gavin

What a shame for the shieldmaiden, but the Lossoth guy has to be out of the way to get some new ideas made!

Mae govannen,
so it shall be the Lossoth hunter. I would prefer see a whole series of Lossoth with women, children and so on instead of havin an "expensive" fellowship figure. A named character like Girion would be better, but that's democracy. If it should be the Lossoth let it go! A nice figure it will be!
Give us more M- series-figures!
(Yes, Chris, humans need food and sleep, I know that :-))

I voted for the Lossoth Hunter again, too!
Because I deeply know in my heart that life is too short to repeat everything again and again and again. Repetitions aren´t more interesting if they were alternated only a little. This is why I don´t want a Shield-Maiden now!
On the other hand Girion is a brandnew idea! But he is so new that he could rest in patience for a short time.

I almost forgot to vote! Well, unless something changes dramatically, we'll be adding a Lossoth to our collections. It was tough to pick one of those three...
