"I have had to leave out the Easterling chariot as it would be too large for a Fellowship piece. Two horses , two riders and all the chariot components would make it quite a large kit. The Easterlings ARE coming and maybe the chariot could be done as part of a future regular release (box set), though I see the Easterling chariot as rather different from the British one shown in the illo. Similarly the Boar hunt vignette is also too large for a Fellowship release. Finally I have combined the Celebrimbor / Annatar suggestions into one as requested by several members." by Chris Tubb.
Thanks Chris for sorting out the suggestions, they are certainly creative and very impressive. After 2 years of suggestions we still see untapped potential flowing freely in this forum. You have 14 suggestions to vote for. Remember to consider the complexity and cost as part of the reason to vote for a piece. You can also comment on the suggestions, constructively, and discuss aspects of each of them.
I am sorry that some suggestions could not be added due to size, but it is better to state that now than disappoint later. As Chris has stated it could mean that they form part of a general release in the future. I know I certainly would enjoy seeing a chariot in Mithril's ranges. But it is a very complex suggestion and would have been the most expensive idea for members to purchase.
Remember that you can also submit images to the gallery area to suppory ideas too.

Great! Great! Let`s go for the Annatar - Celebrimbor fight. This special Second Age scene - so important for the following history of Middle Earth is something that should be part of our collections.

I have voted for Gildor’s Crowning of Ellessar – a suggestion that I have liked in the past AND another very relevant episode in the History of Middle Earth . I think CT would produce a very good interpretation of this scene. Commiserations to Roland (Bombadil) once again – you don’t seem to be having much luck, but who knows a Chariot boxed set? This month’s suggestions have been very strong and I think it will be very interesting to see how it ends - definately hard to decide.

I would like to see Chris make the "real" appearance of the Witchking, both for the importance of the scene to Frodo and his quest and to erase the "smoky" taste that the movie left.

well i am always up for more nazgúl, but this time i vote for annatar in battle with celebrimbor.
but i like the idea of a realistic meeting between angmar and frodo without the slapstick taste the movie left (referring to the torch-throw and fleeting 'scream' creature). next time i will vote for that i guess.
but now all thumps for the ringmakers in quarrel.

Thank you, David . Sorted out. Too big. Well. I don´t know what I like better: having my suggestion being dismissed after 3/4 of a year or sorted out immediately ! But it´s better not to complain: it attracts negative thoughts and feelings to me as it seems. And on the other hand I had some success in the past: Gilraen was made, the Moria-Gate was a winner, Beorn and Bolg was mine in the origin and perhaps Brand and Dain (even mine at first) will follow? So this time I will support my old suggestion: King Dain and King Brand in their last stand !

This is the best selection in vignette months in a long time! I would be happy with most of them.
Still, I only have one vote, and must cast it for FRODO and GOLLUM at the CRACKS OF DOOM!!!
This scene epitomizes the whole works of Tolkien.

I've voted for [glow=red,2,300]Annatar vs Celebrimbor [/glow](even I suggested Sam at Cirith Ungol... ) because I think this vignette will be very very excellent But in fact, this month I think all the propositions are very very excellent (good months are coming)

Mae Govannen, as the suggestions are so fantastic and the "fellows" have so many great ideas, I wished it would be possible that best of 3 suggestions could be designed by Chris and cast by MITHRIL. I am sorry, that this will not be possible, as Chris has only 2 hands and a day has 24 hours and Chris is not an Elf without necessity of sleep and MITHRIL would do a too expensive experiment.... But maybe the idea is worth a daydream . Namarie ESTEL

Well, estel, you might also consider that we only have got two hands for painting all those miniatures

Yes, Theobald, you are right, but we could do some training for stereo painting with both hands each finishing one figure- some kind of "higher speed painting". The figures could be glued onto a table and then let's go. The only problem left is a psycho-biological one: the binocular funktioning of our viewing system (you only can manage this by the use of the Marty Feldman- syndrome). Namarie Estel
