In LOTR books Tolkien mensions Easterlings on wains (Chariots). So I was thinking of Mayby To complete an army of evil you would need these. So if you like it just vote. Thanks for reading!

The fellowship members did forward the idea of a chariot however the problem would be the expense of making something as complex as a chariot, which would need horses, several pieces to make the chariot itself and usually 2 people, a driver and an archer (or some other missile unit). It may be possible but I doubt we will do it in the current market as we would not sell enough to compensate us for the effort.

Fellowship club requirement is not being enforced at the moment due to the backlog of releases making such a rule unfair. Therefore do not worry about the limit. Normally the rule is for a 12 month period from joining the club, not the calander year itself. Example. Join in November '08 and you will have until November 2009 to buy 6 new items.

Hi. Could I quickly ask about figure amounts. You know how you have to buy 6 a year. say you buy 3 double packs will that count?

In regards to the original poll, I suggest you get yourself one of the many existing kits for 28mm celtic chariots and convert it with Mithril warriors and perhaps even horses.

my opinion on this:
Mithril should make the chariot as a boxed set, as a regular release - same way as the Mumakil of the Haradrim. Chould even be a assembled and painted version for sale also. Style of Angus McBride, that whould be so cool. The Base chould be of resin as with the lord of the Nazgul vignette. Not as a Fellowship release. Cheers, Hwolf

I agree master Hwolf ! Time for a new boxed set, maybe in limited quantites like the mumakil, but usually, boxed set from Mithril manage to "pierce" into the market as they are always beautiful, and well received by the public... and Retailers always have at least one box for advertisement/sale... (it's quite easier to notice a boxed set than a little blister)
yep, that would be a good idea... and being a retail release would make it "reasonnable" in terms of production costs I think
