Old Toby of the ShireTobold Hornblower also known as Old Toby was a Hobbit of the Shire. Tobold was a well-respected gardener, most notable for his discovery and cultivation of the herb Pipe-weed, circa TA 2670, 1070 by Shire Reckoning. He resided in the Southfarthing village of Longbottom, and there he was immortalized as 'Old Toby'. The Pipe-weed variety 'Old Toby' was definitely named after him, and possibly 'Longbottom Leaf' as well. According to Herblore of the Shire, by Meriadoc Brandybuck, it was believed that Tobold Hornblower learned about Pipe-weed in Bree, as that was the farthest from the Shire that he traveled and the herb grows on the south slopes of the hill there. His growing of Pipe-weed led to the herb's popularity throughout the Shire and beyond. I imagine Old Toby with a hat, coat and barefooted of course, standing or sitting and smoking a long Hobbit-pipe with pleasure and as it is a small figure, a addition of a bench or small table with some small barrels whould be great. One barrel is open and shows the ready for sale or trade Pipe-weed inside. Every Barrel has a big Label on the side for a nice logo paint-job. Gandalf the Wizard, Bilbo and all Hobbit Heros loved to smoke and even Saruman had connections to the Shire to get the Pipe-weed, because Merry and Pippin found some barrels with Longbottom-Leaf when Isengard was besieged. Old Toby is a famous Hobbit Character who is still missing in the Mithril range!

I try once again, to convince you of
Nár, Companion of Thrór / waiting outside of Moria.
When Thrór went on his last journey to Moria, he just took one companion with him – Nár.
But he entered Moria alone and had Nár wait for him outside. So I would like to have a miniature of Nár sitting in a long hooded cloak in front of a small campfire or standing, leaning on some kind of staff (spear/axe) and looking towards the entrance where Thrór disappeared…

Ori at Moria
I imagine him in the moment when he looks up to the incoming noise, ready to write, just before he starts to scribble "They are coming" into the book, then dropping the quill, grabing his axe and making his final stand.
He can either hold he book in his hand or - my favourite - complement the M285 set, balins tomb and the book. I am quite sure most of us fellowship-members do have it.

Ohtar - Isildur's Squire
Isildur entrusted Ohtar with the broken sword and said, "Save it from capture by all means that you can find, and at all costs; even at the cost of being held a coward who deserted me. Take your companion with you and flee! Go! I command you!" ~ Unfinished Tales, "Disaster of the Gladden Fields"

Vorondil the Hunter, Steward of Gondor to King Eärnil II
I imagine him in hunting dress with the big horn of Gondor (same as Boromir) on his side
Vorondil the Hunter was the Steward of Gondor between the years 1998-2029 Third Age.
He was born in T.A. 1919, the son of Pelendur. He was a descendant of Húrin of Emyn Arnen, an earlier Steward of Gondor and the father of Mardil Voronwë, the first Ruling Steward of Gondor.
Vorondil was a great hunter, and hunted wild kine in the lands east of the Sea of Rhûn.[1] The great Horn of Gondor that Boromir of the Fellowship of the Ring had was descended from Vorondil, an heirloom of the House of Húrin.
He died in T.A. 2029 and was succeeded by his son Mardil as Steward.

Military Musician of Harad Wearing a "corslet of overlapping brazen plates" as described in the two towers p. 340
Here are some additional quotes about the forces of Harad from the LOTR: "They have black eyes, and long black hair, and gold rings in their ears. And some have red paint on their cheeks, and red cloaks; and their flags are red, and the tips of their spears; and they have round shields, yellow and black with big spikes. Not nice; very cruel wicked Men they look. Almost as bad as Orcs, and much bigger." The Two Towers p. 321 "Displaying his standard, black serpent upon scarlet, he came against the white horse and the green with great press of men; and the drawing of the scimitars of the Southrons was like a glitter of stars." ROTK p. 139 "Out swept his sword and he spurred to the standard, hewed staff and bearer; and the black serpent foundered." ROTK p. 140 "And from the southward fields came footmen of Harad with horsemen before them, and behind them rose the huge backs of the Mumakil with war-towers upon them." ROTK p.144

Personally, I really don't care if the vote is hidden or not, maybe we could ask Michael to conduct a poll? The previous discussion, I think, was more about whether two rounds of voting is a good idea. And most people who spoke up thought so.
Isn't it only the first round that is hidden?

Yes the first round is hidden, the 2nd will be open. The idea is to give the maximum chance to all entries.
