Thanks to all that took part in suggestion new ideas last month. I have received today the list from Chris so we can move on with the vote. Please remember that this is only the 1st round, which is traditionally a blind vote, where you only see the current status of the vote after you have cast yours. You can, and are indeed encouraged, to post comments supporting your idea, regardless of whether you initially submitted it. You can also politely disagree with others on their ideas, to seek to sway them to your side.
The 2nd vote will take the most popular two or three ideas and ask you to vote on them to finally decide a winner.

Now that Santa Claus will be ready to distribute toys by Christmas 2017 , I will suggest again Othar with the shards of NarsilIsildur entrusted Ohtar with the broken sword and said, "Save it from capture by all means that you can find, and at all costs; even at the cost of being held a coward who deserted me. Take your companion with you and flee! Go! I command you!"

After the realease of MS606 Frumgar I have the idea of an
EASTERLING CHAMPION, fighting Forlong
I imagine this figure as a complement (opponent) to the Frumgar-figure in its pose. Unfortunately J.R.R. Tolkien did not reveal much about his idea of Easterlings, just that those fighting on the Pelennor Fields were bearded men "of a new sort ... out of some savage land in the wide East".

.... My preciousssss... gollum.... gollum! "A log with eyes" Gollum on log on River Anduin You all - novel readers and movie-watchers - know this scene: Gollum the sneak following the fellowship on their journey down the Great River Anduin, as seen by Sam: clutching to a floating log, "a log with eyes"
A miniature something like Bilbo barrelrider MS441, a base with water structure - but longer, with a log in the water with some twig stumps, and near the end a hump on it with eyes and paddling feet... gollum!
Lord of the Rings, The Fellowship of the Ring Book two, Chapter IX: The Great River

I would like to see a
Half-orc Hornblower of Saruman's Army
to complement the Half-orcs in the normal Mithril range. Almost all other races have their hornblowers or other musiciens, but not yet the half-orcs I think.

When all four are so good, why expend scarce brainpower to come up with anything else? I'd be happy with any of them!

I think I will try myself at suggesting something this month :
King Eomer on foot
As far as I can remember there is only ONE 32mm representation of Eomer in the whole Mithril range (M262) and then a vignette with Eomer & Aragorn (MS270)
At the end of the LotR, Eomer is the new king of Rohan since Theoden is now dead, and he assists the crowning of King Elessar
It would be quite new and exclusive to have an Eomer on foot, not in a battle pose, and not fully geared for battle.

EOTHAIN, MAN OF ROHAN
Eothain is one of the very few named characters left unproduced by Mithril who spoke in the LOTR books. He tried to discourage Eomer from lending horses to Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimili. He even warned him that Théoden might have him slain as a traitor.
I picture Eothain standing with arms crossed disapprovingly across his chest. He would be clad in Rohirrim riding gear and weaponry.

Here is my idea, which came from watching a raspberry bush we have in the jungle part of our yard..
YOUNG FRODO RUNNING WITH MUSHROOMS
As we all know, when Frodo was young, before Bilbo brought him to live at Bag End, he lived in Took Hall. During that time, as he loved mushrooms as much as the next Hobbit, that is, with a greed that exceeds that of any of the big people, he raided Farmer Maggot's Mushroom Farm to satiate that overwhelming desire for Mushrooms!! This went on until he was finally caught by Farmer Maggot's dogs and given a sound thrashing by the Farmer. This caused such a phobia that Frodo didn't even want to cross Farmer Maggot's lands when fleeing from those black, sniffing figures that had so frightened all the hobbits!
I picture a very young Frodo running as fast as he can, cheeks stuffed and hands clutching as many mushrooms as possible! He's looking over his shoulders, perhaps with one overall strap falling off his shoulder!
A bonus for this is that with the purchase of a Farmer Maggot and Dogs I (ok, it's my dream but anyone) with a bit of work can make an awesome scene with the Farmer clutching a big stick chasing Young Frodo with his Dogs leading the way!
