Another month of great ideas. Some well tested, some new. This is a blind vote so you will only see the current status of the vote after you submit your vote. This allows everyone an equal chance. The second vote begins on the 23rd. This is a perfect opportunity to submit comments supporting your favourite idea, even if you did not submit it yourself. You can also comment on why other ideas are less suitable (politely).

Pippin, commanding the forces of the Shire in the Battle of Bywater
Pippin - still in the service of the king, and so de jure representing the kings authority in this part of his domnain - would wear the equipment he got in Gondor, so mail and helmet are likely. During their travel in the Shire there were passing remarks on their "outlandish" garb, though its unlikely that he would have taken the armour and helmet of the guard. He could be depicted commanding his forces, addressing the men when they trap was sprung, or even fighting (to be paired with the occasional ruffian later). Apart from the participation of bowmen in the last battles of Arthedain, this probaly depicts the pinnacle feat of arms that any Hobbit force ever did on its own (ommitting the events during the Pelennor fields or at the Black Gate which were individual feats).

Elven Royal guardsman (with sword and shield in fighting pose)
Similar to the one depicted in "Halls of the Elvenking” but this time bearing his sword and shield, fighting in the battlefield (battle of five armies)

Easterling warrior fighting on Pelennor Fields
The Easterlings who fought in the battle of the Pelennor Fields were bearded and bore great axes, but they seem to have been atypical. The weapons that the Easterlings used were primarily crude, jagged spears, making them especially effective against cavalry, as well as a shorter, odd, glaive-like version used for close combat.
Beginning in time age 490, waves of Easterlings of various tribes and races periodically attacked Gondor, usually over Dagorlad. Some of these invasions were clearly military, and were no doubt inspired by Sauron, but others, such as the invasion of the Balchoth in 2510, seem to have involved the migration of entire peoples. The Easterlings were in general primitive, and were motivated chiefly by hatred of Gondor and greed for her riches. In the forth Age, the Easterlings living nearest Gondor were subdued by King Elessar and King Éomer.

Nice Suggestion and drawing, but what's this on the surcoat and on the pommel of the sword?
A christian cross? Aragorns father supposed to be a crusader then?
very strange indeed....
Please leave the cross out of middle-earth, maybe replace it with the White Tree and seven stars above -> all fine ,o)

This is only a sketch.... He would have to be dressed as a Ranger... no white tree or stars....

Nice ones. I assume that cross-like iconography depicts the four barred star common with the norther Rangers, that went defunct due to its similarity to otherworldly symbols :-)
Need more! :-) Take a peek in the archive to see some 100+ unused suggestions, and then use that as an inspiration to add the next.

Nice suggestion Thingol !
I'd like to submit something original, though some will say it already exists in the range :
spider of Mirkwood or "Attercop"
... to give it a more original name , given by Bilbo
(I know there is already M103, but this is a very ancient one, and well that makes only ONE spider in the whole range, while there are supposed to be many spiders in the mirkwood forest right ? ) Having an additional spider would be cool... Indeed that goes against my own reckoning of the Gold Fellowship which is against submitting common anonymous things... But Spiders are rare and exotic enough to be an exception.
NB : the spider would have to be the same size/scale as M103. Not a Shelob of course.

I rather like Nino's Arathorn suggestion - I actually like the pose in the sketch which although limited in use for some, makes a nice, poignant portrait that could be any 'Westron' character in the aftermath of battle.

I put this picture here, because we do not have such a pose. If by any chance suggestion pass this voting round I will write to Chris and kindly ask him to make such a figure. Anyway, we have enough figures in combat pose, and his tragic fate is ideal for this figure ....

I'm sure I can hear the cogs of Master Dave's brain formulating a new diorama possibility...

well, it seems spiders are not loved a lot around but that's fine, I voted for it but I may yet decide to sacrifice it for another suggestion with more chances to win...
Though I may have liked the idea of a wandering Arwen under the stars (the way she did when she finally decided to "leave the land of mortals" and lay down on the ground of the forest after the death of Aragorn, I personnaly have difficulties to envision her wandering in adventure garb, with weapons, like she does in the movie. Tolkien stated Arwen was the typical non-warrior housewife / maiden... The only "physical" action she is doing to help the war effort, or her future husband is... sewing a banner. that's a cliché indeed and very mysoginist but that's on purpose. Tolkien did not think all women had to be this way, Luthien is not, Elwing is not, Eowyn is not. Even Haleth (daughter of Haldad) was one of the first leaders of men (the House of Haleth is one of the three great houses of Men)... but Arwen is different.
it's ok if others like PJ or fans like it this way, and well it seems the community likes it this way too as it becomes an idol of "feminism", while Arwen is meant to be the perfect image of "anti-feminism" in strict and dramatical opposition to Eowyn (and that's one of the big aspects of the "love triangle" between Aragorn, Eowyn and Arwen)
I won't begin a "campaign" like some said I did for the wainriders, but I just wanted to bring this forth for those who don't know about this aspect of canonical Arwen character and why Tolkien wanted her this way.

Agree with you entirely, Master Elf. But she's a long way from winning yet, so I'm not too concerned at the moment.

let's see what the second vote will show. funny - it seems to be a kind of the other way round support... just tell the dislike for a noncanonical suggestion, and then the support for exactly this one growns. Of course - the majority decides. and nobody is forced to buy later.
- or buy it (for completeness of the collection), but just paint the hair chestnut and the clothes green - then put her among Thranduil's Woodelves - give her a new name, and negate the description card.... and you will have another nice movie adaption fitting for Prince Greenleaf LOL
