Thanks to all that took part in the first round vote. Sam Gamgee at the ThreeFarthing stone won the 1st round by a slim margin. However we had 45 votes so 1 vote is no guarantee to sustain victory. This vote is open and will run until October 2nd.

'Ware! Ware!' cried Damrod to his companion. 'May the Valar turn him aside! Mûmak! Mûmak!'

Well, my suggestion for the first round was a 'dead loss' then!

Don't...
suggest an undead Mumak.
Or it will be made, someday. Seriously, with all the Undeads running around as skeletons or zombies, in miniature or media, I have yet to see an undead Elephant or Mumak. Luckily Tolkien never mentioned any such creature, and so it will not stomp its way into the Fellowshop (hopefully).

That's a good question. Maybe 3D sculpting process can produce a new (or second) Mumak Box set sometime, seems to be very popular if sold out already. This time the huge beast striking in anger, trunk upward and with the Houdah flunging on his back. the Southrons have fallen to the ground...

And it whould be far too big for a fellowship miniature even if only of bones.

Quite cool though sculptor has not really a clue about mammal anatomy! All mammals - even giraffes - have 7 vertebraes for the neck.... just some exceptions have 6 (manatees and a sloth). Cheers, the smart-alec But not Tolkienlike at all... Wrong story?

There are things you have to see to believe in them. Undead Mumak miniatures are one of them. BTW: if you are looking for cheap elephants to build your own Mumak: www.aliexpress.com/item/Lamwin-Realistic-Africa-Wild-Animal-Action-Figurine-Toy-Elephant-Solid-Type-Plastic-PVC-Figure-Model/32822359266.html?ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_0_10051_10050_10053_10052_10338_10339_10055_10099_10054_10177_10056_10059_10532_10137_10060_10180_100031_10184_10107_10304_10307_10341_10186_10065_10142_10340_10068_10343_10342_10103_10102_10344_10194_10073_10152_10151_9913_10110_10154_10079_10112_10078_10111_10155_10114_10312_10113_10314_10313_10080_10082_10081_10084_10083_143_10326_10321_10320_10325-9913,searchweb201603_0,ppcSwitch_0&algo_pvid=2e50ec8f-f1ee-4175-b513-d82e04b63552&algo_expid=2e50ec8f-f1ee-4175-b513-d82e04b63552-1
