Thanks everyone for suggesting more great ideas. Chris has approved all of them but noted that he cannot have arrows protruding from Wormtongue so that will have to be adjusted. Arrows are simply too tiny to cast individually. You could modify the figure similar to how collectors did to the Boromir's death vignette and add arrows later.
This is the first round so you will only see the current status AFTER you submit your vote on the poll. As always we recommend comments to encourage undecided voters to support your idea. Every vote counts so make sure you post yours in time. You have a week so that should be easy.
The second vote begins next Friday and runs until the end of the month. The top two or three get into it. Ties get broken by Chris if they happen (and they do happen).

Wainrider man with whipThe appendices mentioned incursions of the Wainriders in Gondor from 1851 TA, for almost a century (I repeat, you must be starting to know this...). The appendices A mentionned that the Wainriders were a people, or confederacy, of Men from the East. They journeyed in great wagons, and their chieftains rode chariots in battle. In the Unfinished Tales, "Cirion and Eorl and the Friendship of Gondor and Rohan", it states that they camped in fortified camps of wagons. Their young women were also trained in arms, and they, along with old men and youths, stayed behind, able to defend their homes from attackers. The MZ670 Wainrider girl mounted is the very first miniature representing this people (2018 December votes). To complete, I propose (again) another Gypsy member : a man this time. He is bearded and has long hair. His head is covered with a bandana tied behind and he wears a thick leather bolero, a wide fabric belt and boots. He is armed with a whip that he wields in front of him and a short scimitar is passed through the belt.

Death of Wormtongue A figure of Wormtongue after the Battle of Bywater fleeing with 2 arrows in his back. Mouth agape and looking slightly insane.

Not sure wether this will work out, but lets put it to the test:
A Rohirrim blowing his horn before the charge of Rohan upon the fields of Pelennor
As this is a single month and it takes a mounted Rohirrim, the miniature should fit upon the horse of M201 - currently in clearance sale. This makes him a single miniature, but in mounted position.
For some reason (probably the rarity of mounted miniatures) we do not have a Rohirrim depicting this iconic moment - to me the climax of the whole story.
BTW: I propose to offer them as bundle with M201, too, for those of us who do not have a couple of M201 horses around (which I do...).

A Nazgûl of Dol Guldur 2951 T.A. Three Nazgûl were sent by Sauron to reoccupy Dol Guldur. I see the Nazgûl in dark robe, parts of chain-mail are visible, but he has no armour and he wears a face-mask (like Annatar) under his hood. His weapon is a two-handed axe or a huge mace. His pose is "Grimbeorn"-like or "Thorin from the Hobbit-Box"-like.

Theoden appeared several times in the Mithril range: in his evening clothes (M27), mounted (M260, LT06), dying (MB279), sitting on his throne (MV361), dead (MV419)… but we don’t have him yet in armor on foot, so this is my suggestion for this month :
King Theoden, in full armor, defending the walls of Helm’s Deep

maybe its a good time now as we have a Draught-beast and the fitting driver has won sympathy also. so I'd like to suggest: The Head of GrondSuggestion is just the wolf-like looking metal head of the large siege-ram at the siege of Minas Tirith. The ram itself can be created by diorama builders more easily then. the cast could be in two halves, for better production. Lord of the Rings The return of the King Chapter IV The Siege of Gondor
... The drums rolled louder. Fires leaped up. Great engines crawled across the field; and in the midst was a huge ram, great as a forest-tree a hundred feet in length, swinging on mighty chains. Long had it been forging in the dark smithies of Mordor, and its hideous head, founded of black steel, was shaped in the likeness of a ravening wolf; on it spells of ruin lay. Grond they named it, in memory of the hammer of the Underworld of old. Great beasts drew it, orcs surrounded it and behind walked mountain-trolls to wield it. ...
a nice picture sample here, where the wolf head is interpreted (behind the Witch-King) by skinned artist Angus McBride, who's illustrations were sample of many great mithril creations, like Gandalf the White and the Witch-King at the Gate themselves (MS299):

Good luck with that Harold, I suggested it a couple of times way back with no success, but maybe with the other two it will stand a chance

'Merry' Elf in the Elven King's Cellar Roll-roll-roll-roll, Roll-roll-rolling down the hole! Heave ho! Splash plump! Down they go, down they bump! For this month’s suggestion a scene from The Hobbit (Barrels Out of Bond) where several elves are sent down to the Elven King’s wine cellars to help the butler send empty barrels back to Lake Town. Upon finding Galion the Butler and the Captain of the Guard having already drunk some wine they demand a taste themselves and as it is strong, potent wine , they are soon quite merry themselves. The figure depicts an elf rolling a barrel towards the trapdoor ready for its onward journey. He is looking back over his shoulder with a wine-induced grin on his face, maybe singing the barrel-song. This could even be the barrel upon which the ‘invisible’ Mr Baggins clung to as it is pushed through the dark opening. As this is a single figure month the barrel could be sized accordingly as not all of them were necessarily large kegs.

Thorin alert with bow ready."In this way they were soon all safe on the opposite shore, on the edge of the enchanted stream. Dwalin had just hurried out, the rope wrapped around his his arm, and Bombur (still grumbling) was about to follow him when something ahead came a noise like hooves. Suddenly, from the twilight, a flying deer came out. He charged at the dwarves and brought them down, and He immediately ducked down to jump. He passed over the water with a large leap, but did not reach the shore unscathed Thorin had been the only one still he stayed alert and as soon as they reached land he had prepared the bow and had put an arrow, in case the guardian of the ship suddenly appeared. He quickly shot the beast, which collapsed upon reaching the other shore. the The shadows devoured her, but finally they heard a muffled sound of hooves. extinct. " The Hobbit. Chapter 8 Flies and Spiders. Mithril does not have any models of a dwarf archer, not even in MW347 Iron-Hill Dwarves Warband. That is why I propose Thorin, in traveler's clothing, alert and with his bow at the ready, as Tolkien describes him. The pose in the photo I think is perfect.
