Whoops! I missed the suggestion deadline! Oh, well, there are more than enough great ideas to choose from.
Shadyt's Half-troll Angmar standard bearer would be very useful. These guys can always serve as large orcs or Haradrim (some were compared to trolls in size and strength), and I also like the idea of something big carrying a banner/flag for a change.
Wendy's "Samwise Roasting Over An Open Fire" (I mean cooking tater stew over a campfire) also has many possibilties: The most obvious is good ol' Sam cooking for Frodo and Gollum on their journey to Mordor. Another is Bilbo cooking something for Thorin and company in Mirkwood. Sam could also be used as Bilbo again, cooking for the three trolls, in an attempt to curb their appetite for hobbit! Or, how about a lonely little boy, who has run away from home, alone in the woods, surrounded by hungry orcs? Ugluk: "I told you these miserable little hobbits are not for eating!" Grishnakh: "What about that little punk in the woods with the stewed potatos?" Snaga: "Yeeeah, Saruman didn't say nothin' about him!" Audio: Sound of orcs licking their chops!
Very interesting and stunning suggestions this month. It would be nice to see most of them released maybe as an M- series: Angmar II, Dorwinion, Laketown, heroes of the Shire, Elven sadness and even a Denethor-figure in his madness (maybe as a part of heroes of Gondor??).
I hope Chris will have enough time and inspiration to do all this figures suggestions.
