Our U.S.-based producer of the old Warband minis (Time Machine Miniatures) is no longer offering these models. It led me to recall taht Prince August has moulds for elves (32 mm) and Roman Wars (28 mm). Pity the Briton minis for Roman Wars are a bit small. Anywho...would Prince August or Mithril consider offering moulds for some of the more "generic" lines...you can never have too many orcs!

Well we have orc moulds in our fantasy 25mm series but they are a bit small compared to mithril. We had planned a 32mm scale orc release but it went horribly wrong at the design stage and the idea was scrapped. I have brought up the concept of adding more 32mm scale moulds to our ranges. We cannot release moulds of course for any LOTR character or call the moulds LOTR or use any design that refers directly to LOTR (red eye or tree of gondor).

At least its been given some consideration. I'd very much like to see the 32mm orc line picked up again. May not have any Eye devices on them...but not all orcs had the Eye while serving the Dark Lord. I'm sure Chris can do a bang-up job. Some generic horselords (i.e., Rohan) and generic City soldiers (i.e., Gondor) would be pretty sweet.
Well, here's hoping. Thanks for the update, Chris.
