Hi Michael I have seen the new figures of the army of Lossarnach and I think that they are gorgeous. But what I really like is the idea of having warbands or regiments again. I'm a wargamer and I was starting to miss this kind of things. Are you planing more regiments? Wich one will be the next Maybe half orcs? ;D Please, keep doing this extremelly good job and say thanks to Mr. Tubb Oriol Pou

It is up to the collectors how they use these miniatures. We just supply a complete army in a single release to allow collectors the chance to make interesting complete dioramas. ;D The next release will likely be evil but I cannot state what type yet.

The Mithril license threat, I started, has disappeared! Any special reason for that? I got a reply to my question about Mithril's Tolkien license from Lars himself. And I think that it would be good, if here is the basic information about your license to make Tolkien Middle-Earth miniatures. I'd like to know how long your license is effective?

I'd imagine the license issue was about the type of license: as in - TE offers a RPG license, a collector's do-dad license, a movie license, a fluffy slippers license.
When Mithril were making their Warbands, TE decided that the wargame license was a seperate entity to the RPG/Collectors/whatever license Mithril had. So no more Warbands.
How-and-ever, I suspect that now that the movies are over and done with, TE has realised that their cash cow is somewhat less productive. They already have the wargaming license nicely filled. Mithril really isn't a challenge to that, so if Mithril wants to make an "army group" of miniatures for "dioramas" TE likely doesn't care so much anymore. (The "licensing boom" which everyone expected from LOTR fell away really, really quickly.)
So as long as it doesn't violate any agreements, doesn't devalue the IP and pays the bills, TE probably won't care so much. Quite a turn around, methinks from the run up to the movies...
