I had to start this thread because I really want to thank all those being involved in that new Christmas Figure - especially Chris Tubb, as this meant extra work for him. So that good old tradition is being kept on and I'm so glad about it. I also do like the choice of the character very much ... this time it's so much different from those of all the past years and I have to confess that I'm very much excited about this figure. Thank you

I saw the picture of Broggha, this is quite interesting indeed but I saw it primed with the gray undercoat on the newsletter. Will there be an option to have it in antique finish, like the older Christmas Figurines? Thanks for the answer!

It would be great if there were again two different finishes available, as we had with the Thranduil Christmas Figure in 2007. Fifty pieces with the grey undercoating and all the others with the typical Christmas-antique-finish.

Broggha arrived today (with some friends) and is a very nicely detailed figure - I wonder what he is saying to the head? ;D
Although I would prefer to have the option of a primed figure, like Sharkey last year I am amazed how much detail the antiqued effect shows on these mini-masterpieces and unless I finally finish painting everything in the collection I will leave both figures as they are.
Another outstanding job. Merry Xmas all.

Primed or not is not what I would like to have as an option, but to get the figure without that large hexagonal base. It seems to be cast with the figure or do I need to glue the figure onto the base?
Beside that I hope I will get the new relases soon as the figures look so nice at the photos and are nicer in 3-D surely.

Once again a very nice Christmas figure ! Many thanks for that to the Mithril Company and of course to Chris Tubb who took some of his rare time to sculpt that wonderful figure.
