Hello, As probably other members, I ordered last week (on 04/09 or 05/09) MX456 and received the email that the order might have not been taken into account. Indeed, I did not received any order confirmation email. Therefore I replaced it on 06/09 or 07/09, and then again no order confirmation email (up to this morning 13/09). Worried I just called to be told there was no track of my orderS and that the figurine MX456 might be sold out. So I did a phone order, hoping that I might get the figurine (still waiting for confirmation ...). No need to tell you how ... ... I would be if I don't get it. In the furure, would it possible to implement (if an automatic order confirmation email is too difficult) the creation of an order number (including date/time ...) given right after the order has been submited ? Hello, So I did a phone order, hoping that I might get the figurine (still waiting for confirmation ...). No need to tell you how ... ... I would be if I don't get it. I asked our dispatch manager and she states that your order was accepted. You will get the figure. We are looking to improve our shopping basket / website with a more database driven version which will have all the aspects you require. At the moment the current version is somewhat limited.
