This looks a very well designed and composed piece and as usual I can't wait for it to arrive. It balances out well and Bolg looks particularly good from what I can see as he waits for the inevitable..... Beorn himself looks suitably fierce as well, and the base is superbly detailed. Well done again Team Mithril and the winning member who suggested it. David. p.s. are we missing a dwarf (news letter comment from Michael) or was he never part of the plan?

I am very impressed with the outcome of this piece. Congrats to Chris and everyone associated with it for a job well done!

Aye, brilliant work . Congratulations to Chris and, on the by, whoever thought up this fellowship lark - without it, we'd never have seen a number of very, very good figures

I love it. That made me finally order the backlog of unbought fellowship minis. Its only the high price that prevents me from taking two.

(IMHO) Dare I say it, but this release in terms of visual impact actually outshines Sauron at Gorgoroth, or at the very least equals it.

I do agree absolutely One of the best vignettes, I think

d**n right, that's amazing.
I intend to acquire two. Not all at once, you understand, but eventually. Maybe even three, in the end. One to be an actual diorama from the Five Armies. One to be adapted into the Pellenor Diorama I am still vaguely planning and a third to chop into little bits for my own nefarious ends.

Got it yesterday! Phenomenal! The composition is like in that ancient pictures by Rembrandt and other masters! For me it´s the best vignette ever!

Bombadil, thats what I meant in the other threat. The vignettes, like Sauron, Thorin or Beorn, offer so much more then individual miniatures that imho they are worth their increased price (add in that per individual vignettes are cheaper then single minis).
The look on Bolgs face is priceless, if painted correctly. What a canvas :-)

Axel, I hope you meant a thread and not a threat in your post! ;D We don't want any trouble on the board; just leave that to the Pony after Barli's Scrumpy!
