Hi joeclark, doing very well there. Interesting this 3D sculpting and printing. It seems to be a lot easier to sculpt and print a master if you can work the programm. Nothing for me... I'm more like the man on the tools. Converting sculpting and casting figures. Dont worry to much when you sculpt a figure re casting. Very often the toolmaker makes the master fit the mould (if the sculptor didn't). 
Your dwarf came up very nicely and you got the right idea re fitting the master into the mould. Keep on going! Good work!
