can you Identify this miniature

thumbnail 1.jfif (42.66 KB)can someone please identify me this model! at first i thought aragorn at weathertop given the torch but i cant find it listed anywhere. maybe its dunedain or elf of some kind, its a bit like gildor inglorian in attire. the balancing delicately on the rocks makes me also think it could be elven. the base just says mithril and i cant identify any further markings.

It is indeed a representation of Glorfindel by Chris Tubb, but it is an "out of collection" Mithril miniature that is part of a special vignette:
