Thanks again to all that voted. Chris has confirmed that the ideas are allowed so we can progress. I will remind everyone that you have one vote for this initial poll and the top two or three will go into a final vote on the 23rd of November. This is a blind vote so you will only see the current state of the vote after you added yours. This gives all ideas an equal chance. You are encouraged to post why you chose your favourite idea too, as that can influence people to support that idea too.

Wainrider man with whip
The appendices mentioned incursions of the Wainriders in Gondor from 1851 TA, for almost a century.
The appendices A mentionned that the Wainriders were a people, or confederacy, of Men from the East. They journeyed in great wagons, and their chieftains rode chariots in battle.
In the Unfinished Tales, "Cirion and Eorl and the Friendship of Gondor and Rohan", it states that they camped in fortified camps of wagons. Their young women were also trained in arms, and they, along with old men and youths, stayed behind, able to defend their homes from attackers.
The MZ670 Wainrider girl mounted is the very first miniature representing this people (2018 December votes).
To complete, I propose (again and again) another Gypsy member : a man this time (Wainrider girl feels so lonely)... He is bearded and has long hair. His head could be covered with a bandana tied behind and he could wear a thick leather bolero, a wide fabric belt and boots. He could be armed with a whip that he wields in front of him and have a short scimitar passed through the belt.

How come there has been no proposal in recent months? I believe that it was related to the casting/production process after the mould-maker retired and Mithril were trying to come up with a workable solution. I think Michael had mentioned it in a newsletter a while back.

How come there has been no proposal in recent months? We reported back in July I believe that we were postponing the fellowship while we sorted out the issues we were experiencing with manufacturing. There were complaints by some members about this issue too, where they felt it was pointless suggesting ideas while no mechanism was settled on making them. So we decided to hold everything until Chris was ready to allow the list to grow again.

Thank you, I missed this information, I apologise... And if it starts again, it means that the manufacturing problems have been solved? I hope so But where are other "suggesters" ?

Sauron's 'Executioner of Barad-Dur' I'll go a bit 'left-field' with this suggestion as there is no mention whatsoever (as far as I am aware) of any character resembling this suggestion, but I am sure that Sauron must have had a Tower executioner whose job would be to despatch those who had failed in their allotted task maybe once too often, but were not fated to 'visit' Shelob in her lair. I would envisage a large character (not troll-size) who could be a man, or even half-orc/Uruk. Bare-headed as I don't think any of Sauron's minions would be worried if their face was known, maybe bald, but with platted hair at the back. The means of execution would be left to Chris' imagination, either an axe or some kind of large cleaver style sword (but in scale). Maybe the base could include an executioner's-block and if Chris wanted to decorate it with a severed head or two (or maybe a naughty troll's head) then that would be fine with me He could of course be added to Sauron seated and the Servant of the Necromancer figures

Theodred at the Fords of Isen My idea for november is prince Theodred, son of Theoden, at the battle at the Fords of Isen, in his last moments before the end. I imagine him still standing, pointing out the bloody sword against the enemies and yelling to rally his forces for a last standing on the small island: he still has his helm on and still holds his shield on the left, though many arrows are stuck in, some half cut... His helm, chain mail, shield and his robe bear the signs of the battle; his cloak is partially torn. But he's still standing: "EORLINGAS!" It's a real epic moment and I'm sure that Chris knows how to give the epic pathos of the scene to this figure. Our previous mounted figure is pretty static and has no shield. I'd be really curious to see how Chris will realize Theodred coat of arms on it... ...and it will be good to have both mounted and foot versions for the characters if the book.

BILBO WITHOUT ANY BUTTONS AFTER ESCAPING GOLLUM AND THE GOLBINS
Going to suggest this one again as I just finished reading The Hobbit again. I think this would be a fun figure and a good addition to the collection. This is an iconic in the story and a one of the important places where Bilbo begins to find who he can be in his adventures.

The voice of Saruman
Saruman of many Colours on the balcony of Orthanc tower leaning over the grate, (just some floor and railing/balustrade part needed) looking downward with a face expression of wrath, with his staff in one hand.
Saruman: 'Gibbets and crows!' he hissed, and they shuddered at the hideous change. 'Dotard! What is the house of Eorl but a thatched barn where brigands drink in the reek, and their brats roll on the floor among the dogs?'.... Now his voice changed, as he slowly mastered himself. 'I know not why I have had the patience to speak to you. For I need you not, nor your little band of gallopers, as swift to fly as to advance, Théoden Horsemaster. Long ago I offered you a state beyond your merit and your wit. I have offered it again, so that those whom you mislead may clearly see the choice of roads. You give me brag and abuse. So be it. Go back to your huts!
