'Glorfindel at the council of Elrond' clearly won the first round but the second idea 'Déorwine of Rohan' only lost out by 2 votes and there are plenty of undecided voters out there. I always recommend everyone vote as it can change what we make and only takes less than a minute of your time.
You have one vote, use it before April 2nd UTC+1.

While this is late, there was no use in debating this earlier.
>The Stonefoots unfortunately are not canon
The history of Middle Earth - Vol 12 - The Peoples of Middle-Earth Published by Christoper Tolkien 1996. p303: "The other two places were eastward, at distances as great or greater than that between the Blue Mountains and Gundabad: the arising of the Ironfists and Stiffbeards, and that of the Blacklocks and Stonefoots."
It may be out of the scope of your license, but the name was given by Tolkien, though never released until the late publication by his son.
So "Stonefoot" are canon.
But I can just ommit the name when I resuggest it. That there were Dwarven tribes living to the East is mentioned in Hobbit and LoTR.

I too was a bit perplex when it was said it is not canon... Indeed they are but then I suppose it was meant to say they are outside Middle Earth Enterprises licencing scope (which then is understandable)
