;D Tell me what you think, vote today. Chris is coming to visit this Autumn and I want to push a theme for 2005 that will be popular and cover an area not fully dealt with in previous releases. I added these options from the Wish Lists 2003 and 4.
Remember the more positive the choice the more likely I will convince my bosses to go with it. So think carefully, and your dreams may come true.

I think if you're looking for popular you'd be hard to go wrong with Pelennor fields, and you could work in some Orcs, Haradrim and Easterlings fairly easily if it seemed like a good idea at the time.

BofA. It covers many of the other other suggested series in terms of miniatures.

I would've perhaps gone for one of the other suggestions, but in light of the forthcoming Mumakil boxed set, perhaps the Pelennor fields would be the obvious choice. Perhaps Harradrim/Southrons that compliment the figures that 'will' be provided with the Mumakil set, and of course some DOL AMROTH MOUNTED KNIGHTS AT LAST! Long overdue. Perhaps this could lead to another boxed set - GROND? Other than that, all sound good.
Regards, Dave

I voted for Mordor troops because it specificaly mentioned wargs, but the battle of five armies would cover warg riders as well. My vote is for any catagory that will give us the most new warg riders.

Hi! I think a series of Path of the dead would be great. It is a long time since the last "undead" series (The ancient folk). Imagine one army of undead warriors, including swormen, riders, pikemen... in elaborated and beatiful ancient armor, now rusted, bearing old and ragged standards and a captain leading them to the battle... and a good adition to this series may be a vignette of Aragorn calling them at the stone of Erech. What you think?

Have the next 2 M series sets for the Battle of the Pelennor Fields, just like you did for the Battle of Mirkwood sets. Have one set focused on the heros, and the other set focused on the bad guys.
Heros of the Pelenor Fields: Prince Imrahil (mounted or on foot) Knight of Dol Amroth with sword and shield Knight of Dol Amroth with standard (mounted) Beregond Eowyn and Merry on foot with Rohan armor + weapons Faramir on horse Dead warriors of Dunharrow Eomer on foot with flag of Rohan
Forces of Sauron: Witchking on foot w/ mace Gothmog lieutenant of Morgul Easterling Chieftan Easterling Warriors (axes, swords) Black Men of Far Harad Mounted Champion of Harad Corsair Commander Corsair Warriors (swords, bows)

The Dead Warriors of Dunharrow would probably be a little out of place - maybe some warriors from Pelargir though. It might be worth saving the Dunharrow for a series including the Grey Company.

a series for something never done before : the farewell scene at the end of the LOTR, at The Grey Havens, featuring :
- Cirdan, Galadriel, Elrond (with star on forehead and harp as in the book), Gandalf, Bilbo, Frodo, Sam, Pippin & Merry (taller than the other hobbits) , Gildor Inglorion (and some elven folk)
You could also put it in a boxed scene involving an elvish boat but I think that would make a bit too much, eventually, make the ship separate...TEXT

I would also vote for the Pellenor Fields theme...GW's release has been a bit of a damp squib But seriously, with enough Pellenor Fields stuff we could have: - The Grey Company, as mentioned above. Some nicely done, restrained yet heroic Rangers of the North, led by the Sons of Elrond would go down a treat. - The Knights of Dol Amroth. Looking heroic and knightly. - And have lots more Haradrim and so forth. Gavin

Battle of the five armies, no doubt ! You have five M-series at once to do.
BTW, I have been told P. Jackson is going to make a TV-serie based on the Hobbit, so this may be the right time for this...

I have almost ALL the M range, from M1 to the last series: I have some 5 Gandalf, 6 Frodo, 3 Saruman, etc.
Please, do NOT cast the same models: Pelennor fields already exist, two HUGE "army boxed set" (orc and gondorian) already exist.
I think that the Corsair is the best new M serie.

Yeah, there are a lot of miniatures that are based on the Pellenor Fields battle, but many of the different warriors have not been done yet in the Mithril line. I agree that there are enough Gondorian Warriors and Orcs, but there are no knights of dol amroth, rangers of the north, dead warriors of dunharrow, corsairs of umbar, and easterlings. These are the figures that I would most like to see done. But you are right about there being enough gondor and orc guys.

What do you think about "The battle of Green fields" with Bandobras Tuk on poney horseback, hobbit fighters, Golfinbul and small orcs?

Pelennor Fields may seem the obvious choice, but most of the participants have featured in earlier ranges (with the curious exception of the Knights of Dol Amroth). Personally I'd dearly like to see some Corsairs (and please – just because they're 'corsairs' doesn't mean they all wear eye-patches and headscarves...).

Prince Imrahil and the knights of Dol Amroth are what you should make. Everyone seems to want these. Personally I would love to have more Riders of Rohan. I thought of a cool M-series for these: It would be called The Ride of the Rohirrim. -Theoden mounted w/spear -Elfhelm mounted w/axe or sword -Grimbold mounted w/axe or sword -Rider of Rohan w/horn blowing -Rider of Rohan w/bow shooting forward -Rider of Rohan w/sword -Rider of Rohan w/lance,axe, or sword -Eowyn and Merry mounted -Dead horse and rider I know that some of these exist, but Rohan is a major army in the lord of the rings and it is really hard to get riders. I agree that there are already enough Gondor and Orc soldiers available, so either make more Rohan, Dol Amroth, Easterling, or Haradrim soldiers.
