Well I have to say that this month has perhaps the widest array of new ideas I have come across in some time, and it is great to see discussions on some of them. I always have something to learn.
Chris has provided me with the list of ideas this month. This month will be an open vote so you can see what the status is before casting your vote. There will only be ONE vote this month.
This vote expires at the end of this month. Please remember you can further support your idea or argue the validity of other ideas until the end of the vote.

My suggestion for this month : Gandalf, just arrived on middle earth from Valinor
I imagine him younger, puzzled by the things he's seeing, determined to his alloted task !

mmhh if I may, Gandalf never arrived "younger", as his "fana" as an Istari (like all the others) was to appear like an old wise man straight from his arrival... Istari do not "age", they are spirits and live eternally, it's only a matter of appearance... that's why I think this suggestion is a bit odd but indeed everybody is free to suggest what he wants as for my suggestion of a single piece.......... I don't have a lot of ideas I admit, most of all when it comes to "singles"... but Spawn of Ungoliant (or Spider of Mirkwood (Attercop) (if there is a licence problem with the name Ungoliant) there are many spiders in Mirkwood, and well in the whole mithril range there is only one representation M103 Assuming people want a scene with spiders, it would be cool to have at least a second "model".... (a bit like the lack of warg riders some time ago) This could be a great addition for dioramas, for wargaming too (though well, only one spider won't help a lot indeed) and also for originality (I must be sick... I suggest a "common" thing, not a personnality.... that's so odd , from me oO.... )

Golasgil, Lord of Anfalas
Thought I would try again..
"From the Anfalas, the Langstrand far away, a long line of men of many sorts, hunters and herdsmen and men of little villages, scantily equipped save for the household of Golasgil their lord."

As I really would like to have him and quiet some people voted for him last month I'll give it another try:
Nár, Companion of Thrór / waiting outside of Moria.
When Thrór went on his last journey to Moria, he just took one companion with him – Nár.
But he entered Moria alone and had Nár wait for him outside. So I would like to have a miniature of Nár sitting in a long hooded cloak in front of a small campfire or standing, leaning on some kind of staff (spear/axe) and looking towards the entrance where Thrór disappeared…

Gandalf came last of the 5 at Mithlond and seemed like the least "imposing" one, only Cirdan foresaw his "greatness" and gave him Narya.

Military Musician of Harad Wearing a "corslet of overlapping brazen plates" as described in the two towers p. 340
Here are some additional quotes about the forces of Harad from the LOTR: "They have black eyes, and long black hair, and gold rings in their ears. And some have red paint on their cheeks, and red cloaks; and their flags are red, and the tips of their spears; and they have round shields, yellow and black with big spikes. Not nice; very cruel wicked Men they look. Almost as bad as Orcs, and much bigger." The Two Towers p. 321 "Displaying his standard, black serpent upon scarlet, he came against the white horse and the green with great press of men; and the drawing of the scimitars of the Southrons was like a glitter of stars." ROTK p. 139 "Out swept his sword and he spurred to the standard, hewed staff and bearer; and the black serpent foundered." ROTK p. 140 "And from the southward fields came footmen of Harad with horsemen before them, and behind them rose the huge backs of the Mumakil with war-towers upon them." ROTK p.144

is it a coincidence or do I see a "schema" months after months trying to build up an Haradrim warband? standard bearer... now musician... we already have cavalry and light and heavy infantry (horses and mumak) and officers in the mithril range...
Not being able to get an easterling army so trying to build up an haradrim army piece by piece, years after year ...

Thorondir on throne, 22nd Ruling Steward of Gondor. I understand it's a single figure month (as usual) but a throne is NOT a second figure or a lot of furnitures...Born in TA 2782 Thorondir was the son of Belecthor II. During the later parts of his father's reign, the White Tree began to die and when he died in TA 2872 so did the tree. Thorondir then succeeded him as the twenty-second Ruling Steward. During his reign, he decided not to remove the remains of the White Tree instead leaving it standing in hope that the king would return someday. Nothing more is recorded about his reign but that it was probably a peaceful one. Thorondir died in TA 2882 at the age of 100 after ten years of rule and was succeeded by his son Túrin II.

Dwarven Toy-Maker of Erebor
I'd like to suggest a Dwarven Craftsman of the Lonely Mountain or the Blue Montains, holding up a magical dwarven toy, as mentioned in The Hobbit and in Lord of the Rings , Book 1 "A long expected party". Bilbo gives toys as presents to the Hobbit Children, which are made by Dwarves and most of the have been magical. This may also be a appreciation for our toy factory in Ireland, whom make so much nice "toys" for us.

Valglin
A quiet, even-tempered Elf, Valglin served the Court of Ardor from Naurlindol, often cooling the Sorceress' outbursts. She frequently embarked on espionage missions, utilizing her skills to infiltrate strongholds of the Court's enemies. Unusually small, even for an Avar Elf, (5'2"), Valglin had brown hair and eyes. Her size and unobtrusive appearance often worked to her advantage.
... from "Court of Ardor"

About Thorondir suggestion by Mornedhel, that would be great though I fear the "steward chair" may not be as ornate as in the picture. We have an example of Denethor sitting on the steward chair already and the chair is a very very "basic one".... Unless it was a choice of later stewards to remove any kind of ornate furniture for their office , it may be the case...
I'd indeed appreciate an enthroned figurine... actually there is a lack of enthroned figurines (except for the elves)

He then replace the pompous throne by an austere one.

Some excellent suggestions so far, including two that I've voted for on each previous occasions that they've appeared - Golasgil and Duinhir. It's always been my view that the named personalities from JRRT's books should take priority over generic or invented MERP characters.
As for Master Shadyt's scheme to get each Haradrim troop-type covered....very cunning, and good luck to him! But I'd much rather see an affordable Haradrim collection released in the standard M range. In fact it would be nice to see any sort of M range.

I agree with Barliman's post that Fellowship figures should be created for named personalities hence my vote goes to Thorondor this month.

Thanks for your support. It will be a great enthroned figure I hope. Let see in summer 2015
