Starter Kit 6 - Treebeard and 6 Paints - Only €15

I wanted to get feedback on the January 2005 release of our new Starter Kit. It contains MC19 Treebeard holding Merry and Pippin, plus 6 acrylic paints.
The idea was to present an affordable starter kit (25% off) for budding collectors. What do you think?

Do you think a different selection (no paints for example) would be more attractive to beginners. Many of you have been collecting for years so I realise it may not apply to you but you would know what a collector looks for when starting a hobby.

I'm not quite a new painter - I've been painting for almost 3 years now, I think. (Time flies when you're having fun!) I think the starter kits are a good idea, and so far the selections have been pretty good. (I did buy the first one.) Perhaps alternating starter kits with and without paint included might be a good idea? And maybe the next one can have a bad guy/guys in it? Not everyone likes the good guys. I prefer good guys myself, but if the bad guys are cool enough, I'll buy them (i.e. Vengence of Smaug and any wargs).

Just a thought or two.

We are considering introducing boxed sets or vignettes as part of the introduction starter kit. A mix of 2 or more figures is possible but we did that in eariler releases and recieved a lukewarm reception. We are always striving for new ideas and have a great one coming up soon. We will announce it soon, a chance for all your wishes to come through.
