Congratulations Wendy !
I am really happy to see a new hobbit in mithril range. I hope there will be more soon (frodo fighting Gollum, Bilbo in mithril coat with arkenstone for instance !).

So Bilbo will not make 2nd round this time. OK
I already have made my choice for final success.

It is also a shame that Elroi could not achieve painting of MB560. His painting is so brillant that he would have pushed hard for 1st place !

Again I suggest we have a new hobbit in our MS series. Bilbo in mithril coat with ArkenstoneI imagine Bilbo with mithril coat presenting the Arkenstone to Thranduil and Bard. He also wears Sting on his belt. The one ring is in Bilbo's pocket but visible in relief If I remember well, this event is the only one where Bilbo can be represented wearing the mithril coat (during battle of five armies, he was quickly knocked out by a stone and still wearing the one ring, so invisible). I wonder if the Arkenstone could be not metalic, but in resin for instance...or even mineral !

I also came back to beloved mithril minis after being off for 15 years. What I can tell you is that new miniatures are magnificent and there is some good mood here and around.
Welcome back home !

Hi Michael, Due to snow surrounding europe in december, the magnificent MB560 was delivered to me on 31th december, despite being sent on 6th... This delivery delay leaves me only 2 weeks for painting it without being on holidays this time... It is quite hasardous to speed-up my painting habits just because of the painting competition. Also, I might not be the only one in such case. Could it be possible to obtain a 2 weeks shift for the photos deliveries ? Thanks in advance and Happy new year to all Mithril Staff. Milo
