Remember its one of the rare double or mounted figure months, dear fellows! It's not a single figure month – I also love to see new female characters for sure, but now is the chance to get more than one figure (IMHO)

Lossoth hunter fighting back an attacking North Bear (polarbear)
The Lossoth were a remnant of the Forodwaith that survived the ravages of the end of the First Age. They dwelt in the far northwest of Middle-earth during the time of The Lord of the Rings, in a land of bitter cold. The Lossoth were described as using bones tied to their feet as ice skates, and were a semi-nomadic people. They were not akin to the Edain, but more like to the Men of Dunland.
ICE MERP sourcebook "Creatures of Middle Earth", page 74: North Bears ... size: 8-9 ft.
Huge, pale gray or white bears found around the Ice Bay of Forochel, the powerful Megliformen (Q. "North Bear"; pl. "Megliformeni") are usually solitary creatures. They have an excellent sense of smell and are superb swimmers. Subsisting primarily on seal and fish, they range across well-defined coastal territories. These parcels measure about one hundred square miles. Since they are huge, strong, and can smell intruders up to two miles away, they have little trouble policing their domain. During the brief northern summers, the Megliformen roams outside his or her range in search of a mate. During the long days, they also gorge themselves on roots and berries.

Aragorn "Strider" blowing upon horn at the Stone of Erech
A single standing figure of Aragorn, still in his ranger garb with some armour (from Rohan) underneath the cloak blowing upon horn. No need of the Stone-globe, for that can easily be made from other materials than lead.
Long had the terror of the Dead lain upon that hill and upon the empty fields about it. For upon the top stood a black stone, round as a great globe, the heigth of a man, though its half was buried in the ground. Unearthly it looked, as through it had fallen from the sky, as some believed; but those who remembered still the lore of Westernesse told it had been brought out of the ruin of Númenor and there set by Isildur at his landing. None of the people of the valley dared to approach it, nor whould they dwell near; for they said it was a trysting-place of the Shadow-men and there they would gather in times of fear, thronging round the Stone and whispering. To that stone the Company came and halted in the dead of night. Then Elrohir gave to Aragorn a silver horn, and he blew upon it; and it seemed to those that stood near that they heard a sound of answering horns, as if it was an echo in deep caves far away. No other sound they heard, and yet they were aware of a great host gathered all about the hill on which they stood; and a chill wind like the breath of ghosts came down from the mountains. But Aragorn .... standing by the Stone he cried in a great voice: 'Oathbreakers, why have ye come?' And a voice was heard out of the night that answered him, as if from far away: 'To fulfil our oath and have peace.'

Many thanks for the support with the wolf head, I'm happy, hope many of you dear collector fellows are also pleased with the result. And I'm very much looking forward how Gronds wolf-head will be interpreted by Master Chris Tubb. Harry WOLF

Understandable, What sense does draught-beasts and driver make if they don't pull anything? With the addition of the head as a model, there is a chance to create the huge ram-parts with modelling materials I know at least one or two members, who definetely will create a diorama with a pulled Grond, others will follow.

maybe its a good time now as we have a Draught-beast and the fitting driver has won sympathy also. so I'd like to suggest: The Head of GrondSuggestion is just the wolf-like looking metal head of the large siege-ram at the siege of Minas Tirith. The ram itself can be created by diorama builders more easily then. the cast could be in two halves, for better production. Lord of the Rings The return of the King Chapter IV The Siege of Gondor
... The drums rolled louder. Fires leaped up. Great engines crawled across the field; and in the midst was a huge ram, great as a forest-tree a hundred feet in length, swinging on mighty chains. Long had it been forging in the dark smithies of Mordor, and its hideous head, founded of black steel, was shaped in the likeness of a ravening wolf; on it spells of ruin lay. Grond they named it, in memory of the hammer of the Underworld of old. Great beasts drew it, orcs surrounded it and behind walked mountain-trolls to wield it. ...
a nice picture sample here, where the wolf head is interpreted (behind the Witch-King) by skinned artist Angus McBride, who's illustrations were sample of many great mithril creations, like Gandalf the White and the Witch-King at the Gate themselves (MS299):

to complete or as an addition to the new box set MB689 Lord of the Rings 'The Fellowship of the Ring' 32mm Scale Metal Miniatures
I suggest
Bill the Pony with baggage in walking pose
Bill the pony, originally from Bree, was choosen as the pack animal for the baggage of the Fellowship of the Ring. He also started the journey with the Fellowship from Rivendell to the West Gate of Moria, where Bill was set loose, because the mines were no place for an animal.
Bill escaped the Watcher in the Water and pack of wolves and made his way back to Bree, where the Innkeeper of the Prancing Pony - Mr. Butterbur - took care over the Pony until Sam, who was very found of Bill, returned from the quest with Mr. Frodo and the other two Hobbits.

Strider fighting at Weathertop
in fighting pose (against the Nazguls) with torches - burning branches in his hands. for in the scabbard at his side is the broken sword Narsil and the weapon the Ringwraiths most fear is fire.
Strider / Aragorn shows the broken sword to the Hobbits at the Inn, the Prancing Pony. (In the novel the shards are not displayed at Rivendell like in the movie adaption, so Strider obviously carries them with him. Narsil is reforged at Rivendell as Anduril before the Fellowship is starting the journey to Mordor)

December: Wose Drummers.Since Woses are about the same size as Hobbits, I'm hoping Chris will accept two as a "single" figure. If not, then Chris can pick which of the two I suggest for the vote. We don't have many Wose figures (Ghan-buri Ghan, Spearman, Priestest, and Warrior), and no Drummers, which were specifically mentioned in the Return of the King with Merry speaking to Elfhelm in the woods on the way to Minas Tirith: "Is the enemy coming then?" asked Merry anxiously. "Are those their drums? I began to think I was imagining them, as no one else seemed to take any notice of them." "Nay, nay," said Elfhelm, "the enemy is on the road not in the hills. You hear the Woses, the Wild Men of the Woods: thus they talk together from afar." If it wasn't for the Woses, Rohan would not have reached Gondor in time to aid them, if at all. The two Drummers I envision are #1: standing behind a large drum that sits on the ground, waist high. I imagine the drum shaped like a whiskey barrel or wine cask. The Drummer would have legs spread to the sides of the drum with arms in a motion of beating, perhaps one on the drum surface (animal hide laced with sinew) and one arm held high, ready for the down stroke. #2: A Wose seated cross-legged on the ground with a drum resting on the legs, not so small as to be between the crossed legs. I imagine this drum to be circular and about twice as wide as it is high. Again, there would be an animal hide cover and the drum would be beaten by hand. I hope for continuity in appearance with the earlier Wose figures. I also think it would be great if one drummer was a male and one a female. Good luck with this idea which I think is missing for a loooong time in the mithril range. And musicians are always a good choice. So why not of the old nearly forgotten folks. You have my support (I suggested something like this in feb 2018 also. )

(Dec) King Elessar in royal garments Aragorn in Minas Tirith after his coronation as King Elessar in his kingly clothes maybe with the throne of Gondor - if it isn't to big. Return of the King
(Jan) Sauron as Great Eye form a kind of "trunk" like swirling mist or smoke raising from a base, on top a single, 3-dimensional great eye, cat-like with vertical, slit-shaped pupil, surrounded by flames a figure with a "body" (though there is no body visible) somewhat the manner of the Silent Shadow (M108) from the Mirkwood series or the Prince August figures air and fire elemental
not bigger than the amount of lead used for the other large Sauron figures.
Could be the most creepiest of all mithril figures. with hope that with the new 3D modelling it may be easier to realize a figure like this.

Elf Guardian of Lorien holding up a small elven lamp
When Frodo came at last up on the flet he found Legolas seated with three other Elves. They were clad in shadowy-grey, and could not be seen among the tree-stems, unless they moved suddenly. They stood up, and one of them uncovered a small lamp that gave out a slender silver beam. He held it up, looking at Frodo’s face, and Sam’s. Then he shut off the light again, and spoke words of welcome in his elven tongue. Frodo spoke haltingly in return.

Samwise at the Three-Farthing Stone with Galadriel’s gift
'For you little gardener and lover of trees,' she (Galadriel) said to Sam, 'I have only a small gift.' She put into his hand a little box of plain grey wood, unadorned save for a single silver rune upon the lid. ’Here is set G for Galadriel,' she said; ‚but also it may stand for garden in your tongue. In this box there is earth from my orchard, and such blessing as Galadriel has still to bestow is upon it. ... Though you should find all barren and laid waste, there will be few gardens in Middle-earth that will bloom like your garden, if you sprinkle this earth there. ...
J.R.R.Tolkien The Lord of the Rings The Fellowship of the Ring Chapter VIII Farewell to Lórien
Then suddenly one day, for he had been too busy for weeks to give a thought to his adventures, he remembered the gift of Galadriel. He brought the box out and showed it to the other Travellers (for so they were now called by everyone) and asked their advice. 'I wondered when you would think of it,’ said Frodo. 'Open it!' Inside it was filled with a grey dust, soft and fine, in the middle of which was a seed, like a small nut with a silver shale. 'What can I do with this?' said Sam. 'Throw it in the air on a breezy day and let it do its work!' said Pippin. 'On what?' said Sam. 'Choose one spot as a nursery, and see what happens to the plants there;' said Merry. 'But I’m sure the Lady would not like me to keep it all for my own garden, now so many folk have suffered,' said Sam. 'Use all the wits and knowledge you have of your own, Sam,' said Frodo, and then use the gift to help your work and better it. And use it sparingly. There is not much here, and I expect every grain has a value.' So Sam planted saplings in all the places where specially beautiful or beloved trees had been destroyed, and he put a grain of the precious dust in the soil at the root of each. ... And at the end he found that he still had a little of the dust left; so he went to the Three-Farthing Stone, which is as near the centre of the Shire as no matter, and cast it in the air with his blessing. The little silver nut he planted in the Party Field where the tree had once been; and he wondered what would come of it. (The only Mallorn tree west of the Mountains and east of the sea - the wonder of the neighbourhood.)

Pack of two Rohan hunting dogs or Dog handler of Rohan with dog Suggestion is to go with the new Boar-hunt vignette a set of two hunting dogs (bigger ones with stable physique like Great Danes or Mastiffs) or one hunter/warrior dressed in rohir style light armour/garb with a hunting dog the dogs are mentioned in the novel: Saruman: 'Gibbets and crows!' he hissed, and they shuddered at the hideous change. 'Dotard! What is the house of Eorl but a thatched barn where brigands drink in the reek, and their brats roll on the floor among the dogs?'.... Now his voice changed, as he slowly mastered himself. 'I know not why I have had the patience to speak to you. For I need you not, nor your little band of gallopers, as swift to fly as to advance, Théoden Horsemaster. Long ago I offered you a state beyond your merit and your wit. I have offered it again, so that those whom you mislead may clearly see the choice of roads. You give me brag and abuse. So be it. Go back to your huts!
The Two Towers, LoTR Book 3, Ch 10, The Voice of Saruman
I also made that suggestion concerning the boar ago in 2007 (it was cancelled then...) and I'm happy with hsf62 for the awesome result of the boar hunt! Well done Mr. Tubb!

Inspired by the very last passage and last words of the novel: 'Well, I'm back, ' he said.
Samwise with baby Elanor
Samwise Gamgee the Hobbit sitting on/in an Hobbit-sized chair, (maybe an comfy armchair with fitting footstool) with his firstborn tiny, tiny Hobbit baby girl (six months old) upon his lap, both looking at each other, smiling and laughing.
The Lord of the Rings The Return of the King Chapter IX The Grey Havens
At last the three companions turned away, and never again looking back they rode slowly homewards; and they spoke no word to one another until they came back to the Shire, but each had great comfort in his friends on the long grey road. At last they rode over the downs and took the East Road, and then Merry and Pippin rode on to Buckland, and already were singing again as they went. But Sam turned to Bywater, and so came back up the Hill, as the day was ending once more. And he went on, and there was yellow light, and a fire within; and the evening meal was ready, and he was expected. And Rose drew him in, and set him in his chair, and put little Elanor upon his lap. He drew a deep breath. 'Well, I'm back, ' he said.

Now we have finally the very nice (and more correct) scene: MZ680 Lord of the Rings 'ELLADAN™ and ARAGORN™ on the Paths of the Dead' Fellowship vignette. Who is the corpse laying on the ground?
My suggestion is a figure of Baldor, son of Brego, when he was still alive – in fine Rohirrim clothes or even the garments descibed in the novel, clad in mail and Hauberk and belt. He is standing in the great Hall Meduseld, draining his large drinking horn, as he made his fateful vow.
Rohan: Prince Baldor’s fateful vow at Meduseld
Baldor also known as Baldor the Hapless, was the oldest son of Brego, 2nd Lord of the Mark, and brother of Aldor, 3rd Lord of the Mark. He was said to have passed along the Paths of the Dead, through the Dark Door under Dwimorberg. King Theoden said "A rash vow he spoke, as he drained the horn at the feast which Brego made to hallow new-built Meduseld, and he never came to the high seat of which he was the heir“.
After passing through the Dark Door, Aragorn found the bones of a mighty man. He had been clad in mail, and still his harness lay there whole; for the cavern's air was as dry as dust, and his hauberk was gilded. His belt was of gold and garnets, and rich with gold was the helm upon his bony head face downward on the floor. He had fallen near the far wall of the cave, as now could be seen, and before him stood a stony door closed fast: his finger-bones were still clawing at the cracks. A notched and broken sword lay by him, as if he had hewn at the rock in his last despair. Aragorn did not touch him, but after gazing silently for a while he rose and sighed. 'Hither shall the flowers of simbelmynë come never unto world's end,' he murmured. 'Nine mounds and seven there are now green with grass, and through all the long years he has lain at the door that he could not unlock.
Whither does it lead? Why would he pass? None shall ever know!’
This was, presumably, Baldor.
In an unfinished essay, Tolkien expanded upon Baldor's fate, stating that he made it as far as the door (which led to an old temple built by men who worshipped Sauron) before unknown enemies broke his legs, leaving him to die in the darkness.

doesn't matter for the Mouth-figure, as every Sting on a previous Bilbo or Frodo miniature looks different anyway.

Nice concept, I like it and I whould love to see a Mithril Miniatures - Mithril-Shirt but recording to the novel, it's not Sting that the Mouth has. It is Sam's Westernesse dagger from the barrow-wight adventure when the Hobbits were rescued by Tom Bombadil. Sting is in Sam's keeping after he has fight Shelob.
