Another Resuggestion: Inspired by the very last passage and last words of the novel: 'Well, I'm back, ' he said.
Samwise with baby Elanor
Samwise Gamgee the Hobbit sitting on/in an Hobbit-sized chair, (maybe an comfy armchair with fitting footstool) with his firstborn tiny, tiny Hobbit baby girl (six months old) upon his lap, both looking at each other, smiling and laughing.
The Lord of the Rings The Return of the King Chapter IX The Grey Havens
At last the three companions turned away, and never again looking back they rode slowly homewards; and they spoke no word to one another until they came back to the Shire, but each had great comfort in his friends on the long grey road. At last they rode over the downs and took the East Road, and then Merry and Pippin rode on to Buckland, and already were singing again as they went. But Sam turned to Bywater, and so came back up the Hill, as the day was ending once more. And he went on, and there was yellow light, and a fire within; and the evening meal was ready, and he was expected. And Rose drew him in, and set him in his chair, and put little Elanor upon his lap. He drew a deep breath. 'Well, I'm back, ' he said.

Ted Sandyman at The Green Dragon Ted Sandyman sitting on a stool at The Green Dragon, giving his fellow drinkers the benefit of his wisdom, a tankard of ale in one hand with the other hand pointing at some hapless hobbit.
Doesn't believe in walking tree-men or elves and there's only one dragon in Bywater and that's green.
Facial resemblance to Donald or Boris? Seriously?

Treebeard says: The world is changing. I feel it in the water, I feel it in the earth, and I smell it in the air.
And also strange times for all of us in the real world, which is also changing. Why not make something good out of it.
(Aragorn as) King Elessar holding up the crown of Westernesse at his Coronation
Then Aragorn took the crown and held it up and said: Et earello Endorenna utúlien. Sinome maruvan ar Hildinyar tenn´ Ambar-metta!
J. R. R. Tolkien The Lord of the Rings The Return of the King Chapter V The Steward and the King
We have King Elessar on horseback at the Black Gate, and a older fellowship release together with Arwen his queen, which is very beautiful and after his passing.
What about a figure of him in royal garments holding up the winged crown the very moment when he speaks the numenorean words.
I trust in Chris Tubb

Maybe its just the frame / arch of the Gate - a bit demonic embroidery.... perhaps with pinnacles and moveable Gate / Gate wings would be ingenious and very cool! look at barn doors / farmyard gate models for model trains, its possible there (well, in plastic... ) In any case a mounted figure or troll should fit through.

King Folca of Rohan – in hunting gearFolca (Timeage 2804-64) was the thirteenth King of Rohan. He was a great hunter. King Folca vowed to chase no wild beast while there was an Orc left in Rohan. When the last Orc-hold from the invasion of 2799 was found and destroyed, he went to hunt – guess what – the great boar of Everholt in the Firien Wood. He slew the boar but died of the tusk-wounds that it gave him. (Lord of the Rings - The Return of the King - Appendix A - The Kings of the Mark)
--------------------------------------------------- 'We're going on a bear boar hunt. We're going to catch a big one. What a beautiful day! We're not scared.'
.... opps! that's another story ....

Delicious but I hope the Boar will be depicted alive and able to bring chaos in his realm and not sculpted spit-roasted over fire in the Golden Hall in Edoras

Bill the Pony with baggage - in movement there is another - fourlegged - 'member' of the fellowship, who is missing in the fellowship range and that is Bill the Pony. Yes, we have him as a standing version with laden baggage (LR34 Bill the Pony) and nearly the same pose without all the stuff on his back with Sam feeding an apple to the animal (M393 Sam with Bill the Pony - from Village of Bree range ) My suggestion is to have a single miniature of Billy in action pose – 'on the move / journey' means walking or trotting, laden with all the baggage of the fellowship. No need of a leading Hobbit figure, we have plenty of them, I think Bill the Pony was bought by Frodo in Bree from Bill Ferny, after whom he was named (strangely). The high price of twelve silver pennies! for the half-starved Pony was paid by Barliman Butterbur. When bought, Bill was a bony, underfed and dispirited animal, but under the care of Sam Gamgee (and surely the influence of Elronds house in Rivendell, where he was taken with by Strider and the 4 Hobbits) he became healthy and happy. Bill bore Frodo part of the way to Rivendell, and was later used by the fellowship of the Ring as a pack animal. Set free outside the West-gate of Khazad-dûm, Bill eventually found his way back to Bree. There he was recovered after the war of the Ring by Sam, who darely loved him. Sam took him to the Shire and rode him to the Grey Havens, when Frodo and Bilbo were leaving Middle earth.

Nice Idea but you left out poor Hobbit Merry, the esquire of Theoden, who is watching this whole scene... a oddity and pity that Merry never made it in the range since Gold Fellowship 2006 (save the one in the Lorien boat...)

(JAN) Isildur writing the record-scroll of the One Ring
I searched deep in the novel like Gandalf and my suggestion for the new year is a figure of Isildur – depicted not as Knight or Warlord – but in royal garments, sitting at a small table or desk, writing the scroll with a feather, the One Ring lies before him on the table. We have that wonderful miniature of the Dwarf-scribe (MZ651) of member erchamion – something like that could be great.
The Lord of the Rings The Fellowship of the Ring (Book Two) Chapter III The Council of Elrond
'The Nine, the Seven, and the Three;' said Saruman, 'had each their proper gem. Not so the One. It was round and unadorned, as it were one of the lesser rings; but its maker set marks upon it that the skilled, maybe, could still see and read.' ...
Gandalf: What hand save Sauron’s ever held this thing, ere it was lost? The hand of Isildur alone. ...
...'And Boromir, there lies in Minas Tirith still, unread, I guess, by any save Saruman and myself since the kings failed, a scroll that Isildur made himself. For Isildur did not march away straight from the war in Mordor, as some have told the tale.' ...
'But in that time also he made this scroll,' said Gandalf; 'and that is not remembered in Gondor, it whould seem. For this scroll concerns the Ring, and thus wrote Isildur therein:
The Great Ring shall go now to be a heirloom of the North Kingdom; but records of it shall be left in Gondor, where also the heirs of Elendil, lest a time come when the memory of these great matters shall grow dim.
'And after these words Isildur described the Ring, such as he found it.
It was hot when I first took it, hot as a glede, and my hand was scorched, so that I doubt if ever again I shall be free of the pain of it. Yet even as I write it is cooled, and it seemeth to shrink, though it loseth neither its beauty nor its shape. Already the writing upon it, which was as clear as red flame, fadeth and is now only barely to be read. It is fashioned in an elven-script of Eregion, for they have no letters in Mordor for such subtle work; but the language is unknown to me. I deem it to be a tongue of the Black Land, since it is foul and uncouth. What evil it saith I do not know; but I trace here a copy of it, lest it fade beyond recall. The Ring misseth, maybe, the heat of Saurons hand, which was black and yet burned like fire, and so Gil-Galad was destroyed; and maybe were the gold was made hot again, the writing would be refreshed. But for my part I will risk no hurt to this thing: of all the works of Sauron the only fair. It is precious to me, though I buy it with great pain.
When I read these words, my quest was ended. For the traced writing was indeed as isildur guessed, in the tongue of Mordor and the servants of the Tower. (Gandalf)

(DEC) Lady Galadriel singing and playing her harpFair Lady Galadriel, tall, slender long haired standing with a elegant, beautiful elven harp The Lord of the Rings The Fellowship of the Ring (Book Two) Chapter VIII Farewell to Lorien ...In the midst of the vessel sat Celeborn, and behind him stood Galadriel, tall and white; a circlet of golden flowers was in her (long and golden) hair, and in her hand she held a harp, and she sang. Sad and sweet was the sound of her voice in the cool clear air: I sang of leaves, of leaves of gold, and leaves of gold there grew:Of wind I sang, a wind there came, and in the branches blew.Beyond the Sun, beyond the Moon, the foam was on the Sea,And by the strands of Ilmarin there grew a golden tree.Beneath the stars of Ever-eve in Eldamar it shone,In Eldamar beside the walls of Elven Tirion. There long the golden leaves have grown upon the branching years,While here beyond the Sundering Seas now fall the Even-tears.O Lorien! The Winter comes, the bare and leafless Day;The leaves are falling in the stream, the River flows away.O Lorien! Too long I have dwelt upon this Hither ShoreAnd in a fading crown have twined the golden elanor. But if of ships I now should sing, what ship would come to me,What ship would bear me ever back across so wide a Sea?youtu.be/D-plobq34w8a certain member here (with awesome skills in creating LotR dioramas) may be or guess the reason for this suggestion...

I must confess: I bought the same figure, Gandalf the White with Pippin riding Shadowfax made by the other company (... you know which...) some time ago. It's plastic – but it's nice, looking like the movie characters of course. Gandalf is modelled with the horse, but Pippin is removeable there. Sure it whould be great, if it will be produced in metal and in mithril style.

Another goose bump moment in the movie adaption is for me the battle and fall of Gandalf with the Balrog, that wide shot of the lake below and the "fireball" dropping down. Also a short moment of the scene when 'delayed' Gandalf calls for help via the cute moth on the pinnacle of Orthanc, and the camera pans the way down the tower, goes underground on the forged glowing scimltar of the Uruk-Hai .... but lets keep to the written words of Mr. Tolkien, dear Fellows

Elrohir leading his elven horse (through the paths of the Death)Here's the twin to Elladan, who is carring the torches. When Elladan is sculped, his twin brother could also be sculpted at the same time or in a timely manner. Think about that In the novel the horses of the grey company also have to pass the way under the doomed mountain. The Lord of the Rings The Return of the King Chapter II The passing of the Grey Company.
'I have thirty with me,' said Halbarad. 'That is all of our kind that could be gathered in haste; but the brethren Elladan and Elrohir have ridden with us, desiring to go to war. We rode as swiftly as we might when your summons came.' ...
'My blood run chill' said Gimli, but the others were silent, and his voice fell dead on the dank fir-needles at his feet. The horses would not pass the threatening stone, until the riders dismounted and led them about. ...
'This is an evil door,’ said Halbarad, and my death lies beyond it. I will dare to pass it nonetheless; but no horse will enter.' 'But we must go in, and therefore the horses must go too,' said Aragorn. 'For if ever we come through this darkness, many leagues lie beyond, and every hour that is lost there will bring the triumph of Sauron nearer. Follow me!' ...
Then Aragorn led the way, and such was the strength of his will in that hour that all the Dunedain and their horses followed him. And indeed the love that the horses of the Rangers bore for their riders was so great that they were willing to face even the terror of the door, if their masters hearts were stready as they walked beside them. But Arod, the horse of Rohan, refused the way, and he stood sweating and trembling in a fear that was grievous to see. Then Legolas laid his hands on his eyes and sang some words that went soft in the gloom, until he suffered himself to be led, and Legolas passed in.
