First one this time... I whould like to see Castamir together with Eldacar, whom he stole the crown better in a vignette month... Billy Troll is great (quite obvious ) ) but what is he without his pals Bert and Tom? and I think it will take some time to get the other both winners here... I really, really want to see Saruman as Sharkey, now I have to mull over Sharkey and Celebrian, but with the chance I give my vote to the lady this time, for there are so many male figures and also for she was my suggestion already several times.... almost winner Cheers, hwolf

Hi
I like the suggestion with the mithril metal related theme. How about a little vignette like Bilbo giving the Mithril shirt (fully visible) together with Sting to Frodo in Rivendell.
Another idea is a little vignette with at least 2 to 3 dwarves mining the precíous metal at the mithril vein in Khazad-Dum.
Cheers, Hwolf

where are the voters?
35 votes is not a good average Or are there some last votings on the verge of closing like at ebays?

There are so many men - time again for a lady... perhaps CELEBRIAN is sitting on the floor among some flowers and is stroking a cute rivendell squirrel? LOL...got 2 flies with one catch.... !!! .... If William the troll wins, do we have to suggest and have to win Tom and Bert too?, Billy whould be lonely without his pals.... ? Cheers and happy voting, Hwolf

hello fellowship members!
Yesterday I received my order of Gothmog and the Witch-King-figure. so I'm glad to be one of the members, who were able to gather all numbers of the first year's released figures.
Out of a mood I have put all 12 releases (in fact 14: with Aragorn and the Palantir + the Witch-King Bonus) together in a row. I think it is a nice and well balanced little collection of good and evil representatives and makes a good addition in every mithril collection.
I would like to know what my fellow collectors think about the first year in general? Which is your personal favorite? Is there one you don't like at all?

Hi Gildor:
I can tell you, Gilraen & Aragorn is a one piece figure, no parts to glue on. and I also think she is a challenge to paint!
Cheers

hello all! Now as Gilraen is released I can tell you, I had the green milliput figure of her in my hands when I was in Ireland! Michael was so kind to show her to me - but now cast in pewter, I only can say - she's even more beautiful! and it must have been destiny that she beated Eorl that voting month ago! I can't wait to order her! Congrats to the suggesting fellow member and Chris of course! Now imagine what Chris will made with King Elessar, Queen Arwen and baby Eldarion!!!! I really love that suggestion!!! (although I already have suggested Eldarion as figure once and there wasn't much interrest...) Cheers!

Oh no, poor Eorl!
- seems there are some funny members lurking till the close end and then turn the steering wheel... – reminds me hard on ebay, always big surprises at the close end...
Well, so be it.
Barley - keep smiling :-) and keep on resuggesting Eorl !!! This was so close!

Me too!
I also whould find a PA range of animals very very great!
cattle, sheep, pigs, chicken and geese whould fit perfectly in a Shire diaorama, Horses without bridle and tack whould be great for some pasture or stable scenes of Rohan
also there should the wild ones like wild cattle, deer, boars and wolves and mentioned in LotR: Swans - black Swans!

Hallo zusammen!
Bin Baujahr 1970 (also so mitten drin, wie mir scheint...)
Harald

hi folks
I can confirm, that M10 has indeed a dagger, it was attached at the base of the figure in casting process. When I got my previously badly painted M10 it was still in this position, before I stripped the old paint. But I didn't know where to put the dagger, in left or right hand or at her side? I seems not fitting to me, so I gave the dagger to her older dunlending shaman comrade M171. Thought it fits better there... By the way, at the many Mithril pages gallery there is no sight of a dagger on M10...
Regards, Hwolf
